    Hello

First thanks for this dev. I think about buy one, even it is not perfect ‘for my’ : because it s a fun idea to enter this domain, embedded prog. :)

I have some questions, thanks a lot anyone could help me to find the responses, the ways :

    1) where is the source code ? (and is it possible to access on cvs/svn/git eventually ?)

    2) Do you provide the completes informations and references for board ?

    3) Do you plan to sell a “your 10 sensors could be added on board” version ? A version with connectors for others sensors ?

    4) Do you plan to develop another code for another sensor type ? like an EC sensor ?

    Regards

    Hi ynum!

Thanks for your interest in Botanicalls – here’s some answers to your questions, hope this helps.

    1) where is the source code ? (and is it possible to access on cvs/svn/git eventually ?)

    2) Do you provide the completes informations and references for board ?

We’ll be publishing the source code soon – probably by the end of this week. Assembly and starting instructions are available here: http://www.botanicalls.com/kits/

    3) Do you plan to sell a “your 10 sensors could be added on board” version ? A version with connectors for others sensors ?

We’ve been keeping the board as simple as possible to keep the cost down. If you want to add sensors, you could try working with the Twitter DIY http://www.botanicalls.com/archived_kits/twitter/ or Kit 1.0 http://www.botanicalls.com/archived_kits/1.0/.

    4) Do you plan to develop another code for another sensor type ? like an EC sensor ?

We have already developed code for other sensors, we may reintroduce additional sensors in the future, but probably not in this version.

Hope that helps, let us know if you have more questions :)

So as a followup, I recently received a Botanicalls, and hooking up a serial monitor shows it identifying as v2.15, but the latest code at http://www.botanicalls.com/code/ is v2.145. Plans for a new release anytime soon?
